After 40 years of creating everything from corporate marketing material to a published cartoon (yes, really), I found myself in a new town, an empty nester, and needing a "what's next" project. Turns out "what's next" was falling head-over-heels for our life here on Dymer Creek. 

So, welcome to Dymer Paper and Pen, where you'll find digitally designed notecards, invitations, journals, and planners that are inspired by the ridiculously gorgeous nature outside my window—think osprey doing their morning fishing routine, bald eagles being dramatic, and dolphins showing off in summer. My art is colorful, a little quirky, and influenced by living in a place that feels like a nature documentary.

I launched Dymer Paper and Pen in late 2023 as the perfect excuse to combine my love of doodling with my secret identity as an entrepreneur. The next step? Turning this passion project into a digital marketplace for not just my doodles, but the incredible artists here in Virginia's Northern Neck, and ship our beautiful, locally made art worldwide. Because why keep all this creative talent to ourselves?
